Welcome to Aetheris. By accessing our website or claiming our promotional launch packages, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of service.

1. Service Offerings & Partnerships

Aetheris provides bespoke web design, Local Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) services specifically tailored for UK trade businesses and local contractors.

Our promotional offer includes the design and construction of a custom high-performance website and 90 days of local search visibility management at zero upfront cost. This offer is limited to 3 concurrent active spots.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon the expiration of the initial 90-day promotional period and successful transition to our standard visibility retainer (£500/month), or upon full payment of equivalent service assets, ownership of the custom website design, code, graphics, and domain (if purchased by us on your behalf) is fully transferred to you. Prior to this transfer, all assets remain the intellectual property of Aetheris.

3. Client Responsibilities

To successfully execute web builds and local search optimization, you agree to:

  • Provide necessary business credentials, local address verification details, and active phone numbers for local citation building (such as Google Business Profile).
  • Provide text details, project pictures, and brand logos in a timely manner.
  • Respond to review drafts and indexing setup requests within reasonable timeframes.

4. Fees, Retainers & Cancellation

Our launch promotion is contract-free. After the initial 90-day free optimization window, you may choose to continue with our search management service for £500 per month. You may cancel this agreement at any time by giving us 14 days' written notice prior to your next billing cycle. If you cancel, your website hosting and search updates will be deactivated unless ownership transfer terms are settled.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we use industry-leading strategies to optimize rankings and drive phone inquiries, search engines and AI databases update their algorithms continuously. Aetheris cannot guarantee specific position rankings or lead quantities. We are not liable for any lost business revenue or indirect damages resulting from algorithm updates or domain adjustments.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
